About the event
Learn how to prepare your body for, and restore your body from, the labor and love of garden work. We will stretch and strengthen in lying, sitting and standing poses. Beginners are welcome, but must be able to get down and up off the floor easily and without assistance. Class is taught in English.
What to bring to class:
Please bring a yoga/exercise mat, yoga blocks might be good too if you have them.
What to wear:
Loose, comfortable clothing, layers
