Discover how to cultivate mushrooms on logs.
Jim Peppin will provide an overview and demonstrate the process of preparing and inoculating logs.
The session will cover topics such as log preparation, inoculation, fruiting, maintenance, and harvesting. Each participant will receive an inoculated shiitake log, and informative handouts will be provided.
